Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of a building's physical assets, including its systems, infrastructure, and grounds. This role focuses on ensuring a safe and functional environment for occupants through both proactive and reactive measures as well as implementing facility improvement and production projects in a timely and coordinated manner.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive maintenance, facilitate quality and efficiency improvements, respond to maintenance requests, monitor and maintain critical building systems, manage exterior maintenance, oversee work performed by outside contractors, maintain logs of all maintenance activities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting

• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
