Cabinet Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Technician to join our Tampa team. This position is responsible for performing small to intermediate cabinetry and finish-related service and warranty repairs.

What You Will Do

Perform service and warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements for newly installed cabinetry and related products. Inspect reported service or warranty concerns and determine the appropriate scope of repair.

Requirements

• Proven field service experience in residential construction, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or a related trade
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to diagnose and resolve service-related issues efficiently
• Ability to repair, replace, adjust, and touch up cabinetry and related finish materials
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and internal team members
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of computer systems, email, and scheduling or job management software
• Clean DMV record with access to a reliable work truck or vehicle
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools required for cabinetry and finish repair work
