Rechtsreferendar (m/w/d)

As a Junior Lawyer (m/f/d) in the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance department, you will work as a full member of our Legal & Compliance team in a leading FMCG company.

Requirements

• Independent work on legal advice for business stakeholders
• Processing of complex questions from food law, competition and cartel law, data protection, IP and compliance
• Close cooperation with the Regulatory Department on topics such as labeling, advertising statements and claims
• Legal accompaniment of strategically relevant topics along our production and supply chains
• Creation, review and commentary of contracts
• Elaboration of well-founded legal opinions, decision-making proposals and presentations for management and project teams
• Conducting in-depth legal research on national and European legal questions
• Coordination and content-based collaboration with external law firms on national and international level
• Participation in company-wide projects, inter alia on governance topics, AI implementation and process optimization
