Job description
We're looking for a GTM & Operations hire to help build and scale FLORA's go-to-market engine. You'll operate at the cross-functional center of our GTM motion — building the systems that drive high-leverage distribution and growth, and ensuring every user, partner, and prospect experiences the full value of FLORA.
Take new GTM initiatives from 0 to 1, bring new ideas to drive growth, community activation, help scale existing initiatives, drive cross-functional execution, and provide structure where there is ambiguity.
We're looking for high agency team players who push for excellence, and are driven by our mission of empowering creatives. You should have a high bar for excellence + low ego, be a structured thinker, natural connector, and have a strong sense of urgency.
