Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical services to all clients, coordinates with department staff and contracted agencies, and manages staff preparation and submission of documentation.

Requirements

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of Continuum of Care, Integrated Core Practice Model, and evidence-based practices.
• Oversees staff preparation and submission of documentation, and coordinates staff schedules and personal requests.
• Provides specific performance feedback to staff, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and leads staff meetings and training sessions.
