Job Description
The Medical Coordinator (Nurse) is responsible for coordinating and delivering timely, trauma-informed health services for unaccompanied children in Crittenton's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Shelter Program.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of employment in a public health or healthcare setting with demonstrated experience in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care;
- Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN); or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree; or Bachelor's degree in a relevant health-related or human services field.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or vulnerable populations preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive service delivery.
- Experience in federally funded or child welfare healthcare settings preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
