Program Office Assistant

Responsible for a variety of duties including document production, file and record maintenance, greeting visitors, telephone reception, scheduling appointments, and meetings, ordering office supplies and processing work orders.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate standard office equipment and be computer literate
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow both oral and written instructions
