Job Description
This Resource Family Recruiter will recruit, approve, retain, and maintain documentation for Resource Families. They will assist in outreach and application generation for Resource Parents, maintaining a professional environment and adhering to Title 22 licensing regulations. This position includes home-based and potentially on-site reporting.
Requirements
- Acquire, maintain, teach, and demonstrate knowledge of Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) and Sexual Harassment standards.
- Maintain a professional environment adhering to Title 22 licensing regulations, contractual agreements, and established agency policies.
- Implement multiple Resource Family recruitment and retention strategies.
- Track recruitment efforts through the Resource Parent Approval process.
