Vice President Structured Finance and SCF

Company Trade Finance seeks a structured finance professional to join a high growth supply chain and working capital platform. The VP will drive the deal process from structuring to execution for an expanding pipeline of clients.

Requirements

• Passionately seek to understand the needs of each prospective enterprise client.
• Understand the characteristics of Company's product offerings to facilitate the development of bespoke working capital solutions.
• Take ownership and support Senior leadership in the origination process by managing all necessary tasks to facilitate transactions once clients are sourced.
• Review information submitted by clients, use pricing models, conduct financial analysis and propose financing scenarios.
• Draft comprehensive credit memos, including risk assessments and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure accurate and thorough credit analysis.
• Prepare presentations on transaction structures, including key considerations and explanations of structures.
• Serve as an internal liaison, collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Participate in the development of internal workflows by providing context from a client facing perspective to reduce risk and simplifying processes.
