FloSports is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead Paid Media strategy, driving subscriber growth through analytical, performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition within B2C subscription businesses, with expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition within B2C subscription businesses
- Proven track record managing and scaling large paid media budgets across Google, Bing, and Meta, driving efficient subscriber growth
- Deep expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social, with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization
- Strong analytical foundation with experience in attribution modeling, multi-touch attribution, and customer lifetime value
- Experience with forecasting, budget planning, and media mix modeling, with the ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes
- Proven ability to identify performance gaps and translate data into clear, actionable strategies
- Experience operating in fast-paced, highly seasonal environments requiring continuous optimization and adaptability
- Experience leading small, high-performing teams with a hands-on management style
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and workstreams
- Familiarity with lifecycle and retention marketing concepts, including CRM, engagement, and churn
- Google Ads and or Meta certifications are a plus
