The Manager of Corporate Development will be a key strategic leader responsible for accelerating our company’s growth through the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of M&A opportunities
• Assist the VP Corporate Development with the full M&A lifecycle
• Conduct thorough market, competitive, and economic research
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to assess and prioritize organic and inorganic growth initiatives
• Oversee the integration of acquired companies
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of acquisitions
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key external stakeholders
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
• Lead and support ad hoc projects as directed by executive members
