The Outside Sales Representative will drive sales of medical gas pipeline systems, develop relationships, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies for medical and laboratory gas pipeline equipment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, architects, and facility managers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and specification through quotation, order placement, and post-sale support
- Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and operations to ensure accurate specifications and successful project execution
- Provide technical knowledge and consultative support to customers
- Maintain detailed opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Stay current on NFPA 99, NFPA55, HTM, CSA, and other applicable medical gas codes and standards
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and profitability goals
