Salesforce Business Analyst

Flow Control Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the Salesforce platform is optimized to meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, standard objects, reports, and dashboards, as well as excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Conduct workshops to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, often using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose alternative solutions to complex, cross-functional problems.
• Act as the 'voice of the customer' to the IT project team, managing expectations and priorities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements and create training materials to support user adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, user stories, data models, and technical specifications.
