Job Description
The Assistant/Building Services Inspector (E&M) is responsible for site inspection of building services, electrical and mechanical services works, and preparing relevant documents for site inspections. The incumbent also monitors site work progress of BS/E&M services installations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent
- At least three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation
- Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage: Occupation Safety and Health Management Course, Basic Accident Prevention Course, Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card), and Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces
