IT Engineer

Fluidstack is hiring an IT Engineer to work across identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and supporting end users. The role involves providing reliable IT support, managing MDM fleet, and contributing to IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Practical experience administering Okta
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
• Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows
• Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools
• Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes
• Clear, concise technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic understanding of security principles and best practices
