IT Engineer, Data Center

We're a company that builds civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We're hiring an IT Engineer to work across identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and supporting end users. The role requires organizational, collaborative, and eager to learn skills, with experience in Okta, Google Workspace, MDM, and scripting languages.

Requirements

• Administer Okta, including users, groups, and basic app integrations
• Support Google Workspace and Office 365
• MDM experience with macOS and Windows
• Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes
• Clear, concise technical writing skills for documentation and knowledge base content
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic understanding of security principles and best practices
