Team Lead

Team Lead responsible for organizing, managing, and leading a squad in the Payments Gateway Team. The role focuses on establishing a healthy work environment, collaborative process, and maximizing team efficiency and quality of work.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience in a senior software engineering position
• Experience of mentoring people in engineering teams
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain
• Good understanding of agile and scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence)
• Advanced level of English Language
