Singular is seeking a Team Lead to organize, manage, and lead a squad of engineers in the Casino Integrations Team. The role involves establishing a healthy work environment, collaborative process, and fostering a sustainable and scalable engineering culture.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in a senior software engineering position
- Experience of mentoring people in engineering teams
- Experience working with SaaS products
- Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain
- Good understanding of agile and scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence)
- Advanced level of English Language
