Singular is seeking a Team Lead to organize, manage, and lead a squad of engineers in the Casino Integrations Team. The role involves establishing a healthy work environment, collaborative process, and fostering a sustainable and scalable engineering culture.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience in a senior software engineering position
• Experience of mentoring people in engineering teams
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain
• Good understanding of agile and scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence)
• Advanced level of English Language
