Strategic Designer (UX/UI)

We're building Europe's leading Strategic Design & Implementation consultancy and we're looking for a Strategic Designer to lead our projects from the beginning to launch, turning complexity into clarity and vision into reality.

Requirements

• Solid background in UX and/or UI design
• Experience with large-scale projects (enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems)
• Strong business literacy
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
• Resilience and calmness under pressure
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus
