As a Content Account Manager at Flywheel, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality e-commerce content solutions. You will support client partnerships, help implement digital content strategies, and ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in content strategy, account management, or e-commerce, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting client accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with familiarity in AP style and digital content best practices (SEO, GEO, AEO).
- Ability to help implement content strategies and contribute to achieving client results.
- Team player with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
