Job description
As a Tech Lead.NET Developer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable.NET-based solutions that support Euroclear’s digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning solutions with business goals and architectural standards.
Lead the design and implementation of.NET Core applications, define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices, drive the adoption of DevOps practices, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
You will promote test-driven development, ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and support delivery planning.
