Job description
We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the availability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft SQL Server platforms, supporting business-critical applications in a 24/7 enterprise environment.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments (2016 and above), monitor database health, performance, and capacity, analyze and resolve performance issues using native SQL Server tools, design and maintain backup, restore, and recovery strategies, implement and operate High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator for Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), strong expertise in SQL and database performance tuning and optimization, solid experience with backup/restore strategies and recovery models, practical knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions, experience with Windows Server environments, including Active Directory.
