We’re seeking a Technical Lead to oversee data and document migration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients. This role involves project planning, technical leadership, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder liaison, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields
- At least 5 years in a similar role, such as Technical Lead, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
- Proven experience in managing data migration projects, especially within IT, compliance, or ERP environments
- Proficient in database management with experience in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Team management experience with an ability to guide and mentor a diverse, global workforce
- Experience working with international clients and teams across different geographical regions
- Familiarity with validated systems and ability to produce and oversee the creation of quality documentation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
