Job Description
The Application Support Supervisor role is responsible for leading and driving initiatives related to Altor’s financial and business systems, including the Company’s ERP, NetSuite. The role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a technical or business management major from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel to sites for support or project deployment, as needed.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- At least 5 years of NetSuite experience, including expertise in creating dashboards, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and workflows.
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language.
