Job Description
Focused Energy is pioneering laser-driven nuclear fusion technology and seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their product development team. This role involves the design, integration, and prototyping of critical hardware systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The company focuses on transforming non-destructive testing and tackling societal challenges with advanced laser-driven technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in mechanical design and development.
- Solid expertise with CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Experience with safety and regulatory requirements for radiation environments.
