Job Description
Follett LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Healthcare/Life Sciences Engineering Team. This role focuses on launching new refrigerator and freezer products, improving quality, and managing engineering projects within the Healthcare/Life Science industry. The position involves collaborating with marketing, providing engineering expertise, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Advanced engineering or business degree preferred.
- Experience in a management-level role in commercial refrigerated products or appliances.
- Expertise in refrigeration system engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical design and appliance controls.
