People Solutions Manager

Fonterra is seeking a People Solutions Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to support three portfolio teams within the People Solutions team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and execution of the People Solutions roadmap, and lead technology improvement focused on simplification and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading large and diverse teams
• Demonstrable experience within a Shared Service Model, ideally within HR
• Experience in, or desire to work in a system, pay and contract generation focused role
• Understanding of union relations, specifically the operationalization of agreements into reality
• Strong systems understanding, ability to quickly identify opportunities and solution with the team to create improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
