
Job description
FPS Food Process Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Scandinavia to drive business growth across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This role will promote FPS’s complete portfolio of freezing and food‐processing technologies to customers in key food industry sectors. This is a remote role, based anywhere in Scandinavia or nearby EU regions, with regular regional travel required.
Lead sales activities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Develop and execute country‐specific strategies tailored to each food‐processing market. Visit customer sites to assess production processes and recommend FPS solutions.
5+ years of capital equipment sales experience in the food manufacturing or industrial processing industry. Strong technical knowledge of freezing systems or related food processing technologies (IQF, spiral, tunnel, cooling systems). Ability to work independently without supervision in a remote environment, managing a broad territory with strong self-motivation.
