We are recruiting a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Derby. As Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales performance.
Requirements
- Passionate about fashion retail and our brand ethos
- Experience in supervising or leading a retail team, ideally within fashion or streetwear
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop colleagues
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment and managing competing priorities
- Confident delivering great customer service and meeting commercial objectives
- Organised, numerate and able to support administrative tasks such as stock counts and basic reporting
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotating shift pattern
