Regional Sales Manager (BALTIMORE)

ForceMetrics is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow its presence in the Baltimore, MD area. The successful candidate will have experience in selling enterprise software/SaaS, data integration, analytics, and business intelligence, and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for growing ForceMetrics' presence in public safety agencies nationwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space
• Proven track record of consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year
• History as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings
• Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills
• Experience with HubSpot CRM
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
