
Job description
The Business Development Manager will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting patient referrals and forging strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and clients. This role will operate in an office environment and require frequent travel. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in P&O or a healthcare-related field.
The Business Development Manager will direct contact with referral sources, manage relationships, assist with referral tracking, and promote ForMotion initiatives. They will also attend staff meetings, report trends, and perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to travel independently. They will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
