Emergency Response Coordinator

As an Emergency Response Coordinator at Insurcomm, you will respond to emergency calls and provide immediate support to property owners impacted by fire, water, mold, or storm damage. This is a field-based role that requires a calm presence, clear communication, and the ability to close agreements with customers. You will work on-call 24/7 and be responsible for building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and first responder networks in your territory.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in restoration or property services, military, fire service, EMS, law enforcement, or emergency dispatching, sales and customer service in a field or high-contact environment, insurance or property management
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or related certification a plus
• IICRC certifications and Insurcomm training programs
