As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will take charge on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage, leading a crew and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.
Requirements
- IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong social awareness and customer service mindset
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch)
