Lead Mitigation Technician

Lead and supervise mitigation crews on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, and weather-related events. Develop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are met.

Requirements

• IICRC WRT certification
• Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
