Director, Cloud Solution Architecture

The Director of Cloud Solution Architecture will lead the architecture, development, and security integration of cutting-edge cloud solutions. This role focuses on planning and executing innovative features across Fortinet's own cloud platform, ensuring robust security frameworks are in place. The role is responsible for aligning cloud architectures with strategic objectives while embedding security at every layer of the design and implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on cloud technology and security integration.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing teams of architects and engineers.
• Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with deep understanding of cloud-native services.
• Deep expertise in OpenStack architecture, deployment, and management.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud security design and integration, including CSPM, encryption, secure coding, and compliance frameworks.
