Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative at Fortinet responsible for driving growth within an assigned territory through partnership with Field and Inside Sales Account Managers, collaborating with reseller partners, marketing teams, and channel organizations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Create and track sales opportunities in Salesforce.com
• Manage small-scale deals and renewal opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
• Collaborate with sales team to strategize outreach and lead qualifications
• Address customer satisfaction issues and requests in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed sales activity metrics designed to drive productivity and success
• Align with sales, channel, and partner teams to support overall company revenue targets
