Inside Sales Representative – Renewals for Fortinet office in Frankfurt, Munich, or Hamburg, Germany. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing renewal business, cooperating with sales team, and managing customer requests.
Requirements
- Experience with supporting a Sales Team ideally within the IT Industry – security and or networking sector
- Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (in German / English)
- High degree of proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Confidence and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze numbers effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proactive and energetic
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Solid Salesforce experience
