Fortinet is seeking a dynamic Regional Recruiter to join their growing Asia Pacific business. The role involves attracting, sourcing, and evaluating candidates for key positions within the region, managing the recruitment cycle, and building a talent pipeline. Fortinet is dedicated to safeguarding people, devices, and data and aims to empower its customers through robust security solutions.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years proven in-house recruitment experience (preferably in Security and/or technology companies).
• Experience in hiring sales and technical positions.
• Strong internet and social networking research capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Independent with an acute sense of urgency.
• Excellent business partnering skills and ability to engage and build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
