Renewals Representative

The Renewals Representative will support all operational functions of the Renewal Sales cycle, including customer interaction, sales, and partner engagement. This role requires providing security and support (FortiGuard & FortiCare) for existing and expired contracts. The position is located at HQ in Sunnyvale, CA and requires a proactive approach, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Intermediate level of expertise using Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
• 1+ year of Renewals, Sales or Operations experience (preferably in the B2B tech industry)
• Track record of meeting monthly, quarterly or annual quotas
• Knowledge of commonly used terminology & products within the Cyber Security field
• Understanding of B2B Channel Sales & Direct Sales motions
