Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Senior Software Release QA to join their Burnaby team. The team is responsible for ensuring Fortinet products meet high quality standards before release. This is a full-time position focused on QA activities for FortiOS, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and FortiClient products.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of network products testing experience.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and application-level protocols.
- Familiarity with routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN and switching.
- Experience installing Windows/Linux virtual machines.
- Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud products, or AI (asset).
- Demonstrated skills in scripting languages (shell, TCL, PERL, Python) (asset).
- Education: Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field
