We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping & Receiving Coordinator/Specialist to lead and support daily warehouse logistics operations. This role is critical for ensuring accuracy in shipments, managing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining inventory records. The role focuses on fulfilling customer orders within the ERP system and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities.
• Inspect and verify incoming deliveries.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Process and fulfill customer orders.
• Perform receiving and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
