Sr Software Dev QA Engineer, FortiOS

Fortinet is seeking a Sr. Software Developer QA Engineer to join their developing platform for high-performance network security solutions. This role involves functional testing, developing testbeds, and working with a technical team to deliver a new firewall platform. The company focuses on secure, integrated networks and focuses on enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA testing experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HA, routing and switching
• Experience with network infrastructure, hardware, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of scripting tools, Python, Robot framework, and Linux Bash
• Hands-on experience on VM configuration with ESXI, Proxmox, or Docker container
• Understanding of general QA procedures and methodologies
• Ability to work on assigned tasks under tight time constraints
