Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist sales teams with technical support and troubleshooting, focusing on networking technologies. The role involves pre-sales consultation, technical support, and post-sales training. The candidate will contribute to securing the enterprise and service provider landscape with Fortinet's security solutions.
Requirements
- Field sales experience
- Technical/pre-sales support experience
- Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Solid understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies
- Exceptional understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus technologies
- Solid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
