Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of an assigned Community. The role involves performing grounds and maintenance tasks, recommending supplies and equipment, and ensuring all work orders are completed in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Some previous grounds experience
• Knowledge of utility cut offs
• Fair Housing policies and procedures
• ADA policies and procedures
