As the province's largest energy provider, we're seeking a Environment Manager, Major Projects to lead environmental management programs for major projects, leveraging internal expertise and external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in environmental science/engineering (or related) with a recognized professional designation
- 7+ years of major project experience with proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic environmental initiatives
- Strong knowledge of environmental management, with the ability to translate policy into practical programs and ensure compliance with major project regulations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate teams, and align initiatives with business strategy to drive results and achieve organizational goals
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects, budgets, and competing priorities while delivering on time and within scope
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and leveraging technology to achieve outcomes
