We are looking for a passionate Power BI Developer who loves working with data, enjoys continuous improvement, and takes pride in delivering reliable, user-friendly reporting solutions. This role focuses on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our well-established Power BI environment, ensuring high data quality, great user experience, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Maintain and support an existing enterprise-level Power BI environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data models, dataflows, refresh processes, workspace configurations, and user access
- Improve and refine existing reports, dashboards, and DAX measures with a focus on clarity, consistency, and maintainability
- Work closely with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and iterate on improvements
- Explain data logic, calculations, and report functionality in a clear, accessible way
- Gather feedback and proactively suggest enhancements to drive adoption and data literacy
- Apply best practices in Power BI modeling, DAX structure, and dataflows
- Enhance usability, navigation, and the overall report user experience
- Identify low-effort, high-impact opportunities to improve performance or simplify models
- Explore Microsoft Fabric, learning how future components (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines) fit into our roadmap
- Experiment with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted features to streamline analysis and content creation
