Job Description
The Engineering Manager and Site Lead is a highly skilled engineering professional who leads and directs large-scale engineering projects and releasing activities. This person acts as a hands-on manager to ensure engineering projects are completed successfully and released in the required time frame while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- BSE (mechanical or electrical) from an accredited engineering college or university
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a degreed engineer
- Demonstrated progressive experience managing a Hardware Engineering teams
- Experience with design best practices
- Experience in electronics packaging design and manufacturing
- Proficiency in basic computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
- Ability to commit to and work under deadlines
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
