HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to support our growing Engineering and Customer operations teams with aggressive hiring goals in Bangalore. This role will execute core HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle and partner closely with managers, HRBPs, and employees to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational, matrixed, or multientity environment.
• Strong experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or site HR roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead in ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Passion for building culture, community, and great colleague experiences.
• MBA / Master’s in Human Resources
• Experience working in HR in India labor market; exposure to global or regional HR models preferred.
• Experience working within broader APAC region and with night/alternative shifts preferred.
