Service Process Engineer

This Service Process Engineer is responsible for developing and improving processes for production, calibration, and test of circuits and instruments in a complex Service environment.

Requirements

• Ownership of the design, layout, and order of operations of one or more Service cells.
• Creating and updating Standard Work, Work Instructions, Routings, and Capacity Analysis.
• Drive and manage projects to improve quality and process throughput.
• Investigate, determine root cause, and putting corrective action in place for quality issues.
• Managing the impact of product changes on the production process.
• Lead a cross functional team to quickly address line down and other major quality issues.
