Job description
The Workday Reporting & Integrations Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and governance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions across Fortrea Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and external systems.
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems. Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve data transmission issues, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless data exchange.
Experience with large-scale Workday deployments in global environments. Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise integration patterns. Ability to drive technical architecture decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
